Cost & insurance
I currently take Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Quest Behavioral Health, and Carelon Behavioral Health. I am on a waitlist for UHC/Optum. If you have Excellus BCBS, Fidelis, and no insurance, you will pay cost upfront, and then I will send your claim into your insurance and you will receive a check if you have out of network reimbursement benefits.

I will contact you back via email, within 24-48 hours. We will either schedule a free 15 minute consultation or an intake.
I will email you a link to set up your client portal through Simple Practice.
I email you the link to the session the day before. Please download the Simple Practice App before the first session.
Please be on time for sessions. If for some reason you will be late, please call or text me. If you have to cancel within 24 hours of the session, you will be charged the entire session fee.
Payment will be set up through Ivy Pay.
